I believe design has the power to fundamentally shift how we perceive possibilities, to make visible what once seemed impossible, to build trust where skepticism existed and to create identities that don't just represent companies but transform how they see themselves.
The ability to design and create is an undervalued superpower, yet everything around us, from nature to civilization, is the result of iterative design perfected over time.
I founded Keen Aspect to serve people in their visions and help them be genuinely proud of what they’ve created. It comes from a desire to build something different: a practice grounded in honest collaboration, where relationships matter more than projects and where strategic depth and design excellence work together to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Özden Seiler, Founder & Managing Director
Özden brings together academic rigor, industry experience and strategic depth. Her career reflects a consistent focus: understanding complex systems and translating them into clear, effective design.
She holds a MA in Product Design from the HfG Karlsruhe.
Özden worked as senior consultant at the Frankfurt management consulting firm Cofinpro AG, advising the finance and investment banking sector. Her career spans design research at Design Research Lab Berlin, digital product leadership at Axel Springer SE, and advisory work where design had to meet regulatory and business scrutiny.
These experiences form the foundation of Keen Aspect: a practice built on the understanding that effective design requires perception, clarity, and the ability to work as a trusted partner in high-stakes environments.
